Once again I'm barely ever on dA.
Should be more active after the new year though, once my dissertation is gone and I don't have to think about it!
Been doing pretty much nothing but working and reading/writing for that!

Lots to look forward to this week though;
- Staff night out with my awesome work mates tomorrow!
- AVATAR AT THE IMAX on Friday night (I'm so excited!!)
- My birthday on Sunday. I'm going to be 23... NOOOOOO!
- Going home for the festive period on Monday so I actually get to see all my family and my friends back home

Got our Christmas tree up in the flat and I bought and wrapped all my presents today so I'm feeling very festive.
Especially after walking through town with all the pretty lights on and everything

Long time, no speak.
Sorry I've been neglecting you all terribly.
I've only been popping on from time to time lately, but I've had a lot going on!

Mostly working and moving.

Was a year since my Dad died on Wednesday, so that sucked... and I've been getting killer migraines, but there's a lot of good things too!

That's me officially moved up to Glasgow, in an awesome big flat with my boyfriend and ~True-Believer.
Now I just need a job up here!

Got a couple of drawings in production, and a lot of doodles that probably won't come to anything...
Working all weekend, but maybe I'll have time to finish them during next week

Up finally came out in the UK last Friday, and even though I already saw it in the summer in the US, I'm still totally in love with it.
Seen it thrice and I want to go back!
If only Pixar would give me a job. I would adore to be a part of something that wonderful
I'm probably really annoying everyone I know by ranting and raving about it constantly!

Going to see Portugal. The Man at the Captains Rest in a couple of weeks.

Anyway, I should sleep soon, got a silly commute to work in the morning.

I survived the Leeds festival without too much incident. It was awesome

Back to reality with a bang now though as I need to find a flat in Glasgow by the end of the month. ARGH!
Already viewed a load and got another like 7 viewings on Tuesday.... scratch that, I was just called and informed than one has been taken. make that 6 viewings.

Anyone want to keep me as a pet? I'm housetrained!

Had an awesome time with family and my boyfriend

I'm looking for flats in Glasgow now, going to be living with the Mrs and ~True-Believer

Can't wait!

Won't have internet access while I'm there. Might update Twitter via text a few times, just 'cause I'm sad like that.

So I finished my last shift at work before my holiday tonight.
Spending all of tomorrow packing and getting ready, then flying to New York at 9am on Thursday!

I'm very excited, and also very VERY nervous.
I HATE flying.
I have a proper phobia. So really not looking forward to that.
I don't think I'll actually be relaxed between now and when my feet touch solid ground on the other side of the atlantic.

Can't wait to actually be there though

Staying with my Aunt and Uncle for the most part, but my boyfriend and I are going to be in New York City on our own for a few days.

Got lots planned, including seeing RX Bandits, AC/DC and Portugal. The Man live! And spending a week at the beach

I probably won't log into deviantArt much, if at all when I'm over there, I'd just be overwhelmed by my inbox (I cleared it last night and tonight I already had 79 deviations and 16 messages!) but I'll probably update my twitter, just because it's so easy and I like to keep in touch!

Hope you all have an enjoyable two weeks or so and I'll be back on the 17th of August!
